An orphan humanitarian aid project, aimed at building bridges between children and families, is sponsoring a group of orphans from Russia.
This fall up to 10 Russian children will travel to the greater Boston are to live for 2 weeks with host families. For many it would be their first family experience. The children participate in every day family activities, make new friends - and thrive on the nutrition and care they receive in the families.
The objective of the program is to not only to provide these children with a family experience but to increase awareness of the plight of older orphaned children and to give these children a chance to meet families who can change their lives.
